Hi, I’m Kathy Meyer — a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor based in Southern Illinois, providing remote bookkeeping support to small businesses locally and nationwide.

I bring more than 20 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping and office management across a variety of industries. That experience has taught me that good bookkeeping is about more than entering transactions. It’s about paying attention to the details, making sure accounts are properly reconciled, and giving business owners financial information they can actually rely on.

Today, I work with both service-based and e-commerce businesses using QuickBooks Online. Whether I’m providing ongoing monthly bookkeeping, cleaning up existing books, or helping someone get QuickBooks set up and organized, I take the time to understand how each business works rather than treating every client the same.
